To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please read the following policies before booking an appointment with The Gloss Clubb.

Appointments
​
Appointments can be booked through the website, social media, or direct message.
A booking fee may be required to secure some appointments. This will be deducted from your treatment total.
Please ensure you select the correct service when booking so enough time can be allocated.
​
Lateness
​
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.
This helps prevent delays for other clients.
Cancellations & No-Shows
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged 50% of the appointment cost.
• No-shows will also be charged 50% of the treatment price.
• Any outstanding balances must be paid before booking future appointments.
I completely understand that emergencies happen, however these policies help protect my time and small business.
Booking Fees
Some appointments may require a £5 non-refundable booking fee.
This fee:
• Secures your appointment slot
• Is deducted from your final treatment price
• May be retained if the appointment is cancelled with insufficient notice
Payments
Payment is required at the end of your appointment.

Accepted payment methods:
• Bank transfer (preferred)
• Cash (please bring the correct amount where possible)
Nail Preparation
Where possible, please arrive with clean nails free from heavy products such as oils or creams.

If you currently have product applied by another nail technician, please inform me before your appointment.
Removal from another technician may require additional time or a removal service booking.
​
Infills & Maintenance
To maintain the health, structure and appearance of your nails, infills are recommended every 2–3 weeks.
Regular maintenance helps prevent lifting, breakage and damage to the natural nail.

Repairs
If a nail breaks or lifts within 48 hours of your appointment, please contact me and I will do my best to arrange a repair.
Repairs outside of this time frame may incur a small charge depending on circumstances.
Damage caused by impact, misuse or picking may not be covered.
Work Over Other Technicians
I cannot always guarantee work completed over product applied by another nail technician.
In some cases, a full removal may be required before applying new product.
Salon Etiquette
To ensure a comfortable environment for everyone:
• Please attend appointments alone due to limited space.
• Please be respectful of appointment times.
• Phones are welcome, but please keep calls brief where possible.

My goal is to create a relaxed, friendly and welcoming space for all clients.
Health & Safety
Please inform me before your appointment if you have:
• Nail infections
• Allergies to nail products
• Injuries to the hands or nails
For health and safety reasons, some services may need to be postponed if a condition is present.

Under 16 Policy
Clients under the age of 16 must have parental or guardian consent.
Under 16s may book:
• Basic manicure
• Gel polish on natural nails
Nail extensions are not available for clients under 16.

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of nail services, refunds are not offered once a service has been completed.
However, if there is an issue with your nails, please contact me and I will always do my best to resolve the problem with a repair where appropriate.

Privacy
Your personal information is used only for booking and communication purposes and will never be shared with third parties.
